2. You also need to enable individual download to view/download each file separately, now the package download button creating zip file using all 3 files which is not directly view able in browser

That is not possible for now.

You may use other plugin from wordpress.org to reorder taxonomy terms.

Prepaid credit is working fine, but there were custom css changes causing some conflict

1. In that can you can upload your complete file tree in a server dir, then create a package and attach the dir with that package, enable individual download, use page template = “Single Column, Image Top, Extended”, finally publish. Now if you view the package, you ( and your site visitors ) can explore that dir and download any file from that.
2. You can find the Option here: Admin Menu Downloads Settings Basic Tab File Download panel.
