Looks like your server in not supporting output buffering anymore, so I’ve disabled it from Admin Menu Downloads Settings Basic File Download section and now download is working fine again.

If you use multi-file package, disabling cache will reduce download speed and increase server load.

ok now, as I found the css file at /download-manager/bootstrap/css/bootstrap.css was modified from original, anyhow I’ve restored the original css and now showing properly.
