@norawendel, sorry for delayed reply, somehow we missed this post, however, uploading file in wpdm will not show in S3 bucket, if you want to upload file in s3 you need to upload from Admin Menu Downloads Amazon S3

For now there is no other way to customize without editing class.FileList.php, we couldn’t keep it in template file due to some complex conditions with download link. Probably you may try applying some css for the classes used there.

Ok, we have found the issue, wpdm usong old version of google api lib, however we are updating it with next update, next update is coming within next week.
