1. Go to Admin Menu Downloads Add New
2. Add title / descriptions and other info
3. Upload/Attach as many as files you want to attach
4. If you want to attach file from dropbox , install dropbox add-on http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/dropbox-explorer/
5. Enable single file download from Package settings
6. Publish the package

In that case it could be something rleated to your server, may you please check error log to identify what errors are showing there or ask server support.

I changed link template and it is working fine, looks like the problem is with your other custom link template

It is not an issue with our plugin, it could be some hosting rule or server settings preventing the action, I need to check it in your installation to tell you the reason specifically, but it is not an issue with wpdm.

The issue as because you enabled database cache and object cache, I’ve disabled those and download is working fine now, also you don’t need those enable database and object cache, only page cache is enough. BTW, wp super cache is better.

Sorry, everything is ok now, while I was saving theme  function file after removing unexpected output, it was erased totally, however I’ve restored it.

I updated dm file /libs/class.FileSystem.php

Everything is working fine now. As I said, broker zip issue was with active theme or other plugin, and I found it with active theme ( in funcitons.php ), resolved by removed unexpected output:
