I have a problem in view file (OK shortcode). This is the error:
Fatal error: Cannot access property started with ‘\0’ in /var/www/vhosts/mysite.com/httpdocs/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.Package.php on line 217

Hi,
Just tested. The plugin is working perfectly. This issue is due to your activated theme. Please try switching the current theme.
