For global settings for category page template, when selecting style once will apply to all cats and subcats is only available with the pro version. Now, with the free version, you need to configure template settings for each category separately from the edit category page.

Also, templates are customization is pro version.

In free version, you need to edit template file directly to adjust styles.

Sorry for the confusion, you can actually update package using CSV import. You need to add ID as the first column.

Yes, wpdm is already tracking individual file download stats too, though it is not visible yet, we shall make it visible with the next update.

Hi,
Sorry for the confusion.
If see large download count but small view count, it may happen, if your download link is public and someone else are sharing them, in such case, you better use a lock option like reCapthca Lock or password lock.

As from some previous topics, it seems like your server is blocking any html Remove all htin the post request, so, you need to remove all html tags from settings option values ( in textarea and text inputs ) and use only plain text, then save settings again.

@extremityexperts, you are right, if you have v4.4, it is pro version, but 8 years old. You need to update to the latest version. The last reply was for “Benita Howe”.I got confused as multiple person writing on same topic, please open your own topic, I’m closing it now.

Patchstack clearly mentioned it “WordPress Download Manager Plugin 5.0.0-6.2.9”, free version ( v3 ) is already fixed as well as the latest version of pro ( v6 ), please let your hosting company know.
