But when you click on category column header, it will sort by category alphabetically, and the previous sorting will not be applied.
Server time means the time zone where your host/server located. And your hosting provider will be able to answer it correctly 🙂

Category URL is working fine, it is just as coming from your wpdm, the plugin doesn’t anything to do with that.

And the main plugin price is $45 is probably lowest support price for this level of plugin with all the features it has, we didn’t increase the pricing in last 3 years so that everyone can afford it who want to use pro, though all other WordPress company increased their main product prices 50% – 300%. But, add-ons are for extensive features and every user doesn’t need them but takes lots of time to develop and support. It costs a lot to keep up quality works, so we will not be able to run our business if we drop the add-ons price lower than this. You don’t need to active “Anyone can register” option unless to need users to signup. However, from next update of the plugin, the default wp signup and login page will redirect to wpdm login and signup page if you configure those.
