Thumbnails are ok now, I had to edit a file /quivididemos/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/libs/class.FileSystem.php, the issue is related to your custom server path, the ABSPATH constant returning different path than where it is actually installed.
The latest version of wpdm pro uses custom login and signup page, do you want to disable that feature? You simply need to unselect login and signup page from Admin Menu Downloads Settings Front-end tab and Save Settings.
