– When I log in to the Rubicon site, select Users, then select Trustees and the Switch To ‘Jeanette Butler’ … she is able to see many documents if she views them by clicking the DOCS ICON on the homepage but if she goes to where you add documents she can only see the ones she created. (that is by clicking the menu bar option DOCS and then ADD/MANAGE DOCS) … how comes that has changed?
— I’m not seeing anything unusual there, she is seeing all the docs she has access / is allowed to download.
– When I create a sub-category and then try to create a second sub-category (straight after creating the first one), the first sub-category does not appear in the dropdown list of categories, looks like that list does not refresh after adding the first sub-category?

I though, you need to re-enable it for pages and post, so why I only activated pages of post, however, we are re-enabling all other options and update your site ASAP.

As “Crypton” is a theme, you need to install it from Admin Menu Appearance Themes Add New Upload Theme.
Don’t worry, we just commened that code part, as we were thinking to keep it dedicatedly for WPDM. However, if you need it, we shall reactivate the code with the next update of the add-on.
Okay, but, category edit/delete is working in that way now, from admin side, you ( administrator ) will be able to manage all categories, but other users from front-end only will be able to manage their own child categories under top level categories ( like, Trustee, Tenant & Owner ), but, please let me know if you are seeing different anywhere.
Entry Processes issue can’t exactly cause by WPDM. But, in case of wpdm, your 180 entry processes issue may happen, if there are 180 or more parallel download is running at the same time. So, it is not an issue with the plugin.

You are right, As this is a special offer, we only adding those manually for the users who renewed the license. And many thanks for staying with us :). Also please let us know if you have any specific suggestion about adding a new theme, as we are thinking to add new theme every month.
