ok, just checked again and saw there are some js conflict actually, download links are ok, can i disable your other plugins for moments to detect the conflicting plugin.

Got it for the functionality, but I still don’t understand the layout…. I just want a page displaying a creation/changed date, filename and a description together with a ‘Ladda ner’ link to download the file. When I click on the file name, I do not want any information about version, number of downloads etc….
How do I accomplish this?

looks like http://www.firstclassmagazine.se/mediainformation/ all downloads are working fine.

@firstclassmagazine, actually that is not an issue or option anymore. but looks like there are some javascript issue in your site, please give me a temporary wp-admin login info to check it in details.

We have the same problem! Download link is expired. Have already removed $extralocks = apply_filters(“wpdm_download_lock”, $extralocks, $package); – but still get this message! What to do!
I have used [file_list] to create a list of files for download on my page template. I also have selected the “allow individual file download” radio button in the package, but the individual file download is not working. The file list appears fine, but there is no link for each file.

One more question on this – I now have the download button working (along with image button), but next to each button there is another bit of text: ‘ /> that is also a download link – how do I delete that? I can’t find it in my template?

I can successfully link to a directory and the files are listed but when I test the downloads all I get are download-manager-files.txt files. If I manually add a file to the Package it does work.
Please advise. Thanks

yes, create a link template ( http://newlook.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/link-template/ ). use [file_list] tag in link template.

I need 3 option as shown in the attached Picture. Are there those optşons in your WPDM Pro circulation.
1. Choosing the categories in the downtop form.
2. Appearing the names of categories

In my template, I have a “Details” button that gives the user a list of files available for individual download. Beside that I have another “download” button that allows the user to download the whole package. But the download button does not seem to be working now. Instead, I have the text: [download_link btn btn-success] – what’s gone wrong there? I’ve attached a screenshot to show you the preview.
