When a user tries to download a file and they are using Internet Explorer 11 They are faced with a broken link EX: http://www.mysite.com/mylandingpage/#unlock and just hangs there and does not go to the next step of entering the file password to download…
I see that #unlock is injected as a pseudo-element but it is not handled correctly in IE11. In our business scenario it is not feasible to ask our users to use a different browser.

How do I include the file size next to each item in the package (.e.g using [wpdm_package id='433']). Also, it is possible to include an MD5 hash of the file? I have the following download link template defined. It doesn’t seem possible to customize the file_list. Where can I access this php code?

I have added some files and am using the direct download link as per the following example:
http://myurl/download/documentname/?wpdmdl=3937&masterkey=5e5f8af91035c
This works great on the frontend and the file opens and downloads. However, the counter doesn’t count these as downloads. They all still say zero downloads.
Any ideas?

Hello to all,
Since I added some Download Files to my Page the Mobile View got crashed.
You could see the issue if you access https://pfadiragaz.ch/downloads with a mobile phone.
The Menu bar got extended much further than the site even goes.When i remove the download links, the menu looks like the others too.

For the Download Manager Pro plugin, I installed WPDM Block Hotlink. Now, when copying my links and clicking on these links from other sites, Invalid File ID or File Name appears.
Can I make the place of the inscription (Invalid File ID or File Name.) Visitor go to the main page of the site?

However, please note that the screenshot that I previously sent was taken from your own demo site:
http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/download/multi-file-package/Try changing the number of monthly allowed downloads on that Demo Site from “9999” to “1” and then test on the above package link.
I’m assuming that the demo site is running the latest versions.
Please advise.

We recently started testing version 5.0.7 and noticed that after updating, our link templates stop displaying correctly. While running on version 4.9.6, the downloads properly display like this.
After we update to 5.0.7, the view is not styled correctly and looks like this:
We have done thorough testing of the following:
1) Deactivating and deleting the download manager and uploading the new version, both through the admin console and through FTP
2) Deactivating all plugins and determining if the issue is resolved (it is not)
3) Switching to the 2019 theme to see if the issue is resolved (the lines came back, but the layout did not).Can someone help us troubleshoot why the link templates aren’t working properly? The Shortcodes we are using are formed like this:
