Oh really sorry, I have missed your topic. It may be a CSS or Jquery issue. Because, when you click the additional preview images “plus” image it takes you to the top of the page. Please try adjusting from
Downloads > Settings > User Interfaceenabling/disabling styles/scripts. It may help you. Please let me know.Thanks.

Hi,
If somebody clicks the download button, then it needs to stay on the same page for some time. Like when you press the button it downloads the file from the generated link. By default, the feature is, it has to be closed the popup manually.

We are using Download Manager Pro with the ‘Form Lock’ add on.
After the user fills in the form and downloads the file, the popup has to be closed by the user. Is it possible for the popup to close automatically after download? This would give a better user experience.

How to allow users to download files without content gate if they already submitted the form?
As of now users need to enter their details each time when they download files.Hi team, hope you all are safe.
I am new to this plugin, and my client website is using a Form Lock as content gate. So each time when a visitor needs to download the file, they want to fill the form again, this is hurting the user experience of the site.How can I remove the content gate and allow the customer to download the file directly if they previously filled the content gate(form lock). If you have already installed it then go to
Downloads > Settings > Premium Package > Payment > CurrencyConfiguration to change the currency.I have sent emails, posted on this blog many times and even provided my phone number. None of it has worked thus far.
After purchasing some of the addons I did post questions here and I did get answers.
For the past several months I have tried to get a response to the following with no answer.
I NEED HELP.
We were promised that once we purchased the advanced custom fields and download notifications we could have custom fields shown in our emails that get sent when someone downloads a file. This is still not possible and we really need it.
Employees inside my company are getting restless for this feature.

Topic: Sort by date error
The “All Downloads” Table on my user Dashboard doesn’t sort by date correctly. Everything works fine till December 2019. If I upload files with a later date than 30. November 2019 the files get mixed up.

Regarding the InvalidAccess, I think this is because the link is generated with a token for our account so this is why you cannot see it but that link just downloads the S3 downloadmanager add on.
The data that is important from that log is what is after the link:“Unpacking the package…
The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
Return to Plugin Installer
Installed Successfully”
So the error seems to be: “PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature”
What do you recommend going further?

I’ve activated the email lock on https://virtualworksuccess.com, and initially it was working which is why i have about 20 registered downloads, but now is is not. I tested this on a clean browser with same negative result.
I read the other post here on the same issue and download_link_extended did not solve the issue. Perhaps you can take a look.

For removing date you can just update
cols="author_name|page_link|categories"by removingupdate_date. for disabling pagination (both top ) and search you have to makejstable=1tojstable=0. And for removing icon you have to adjust codebackground-image: url('<?php echo $ext ; ?>');in line number 270 fromdownload-manager/tpls/wpdm-all-downloads.php. and for pagination you have to adjust/remove code from the same file in line number361 to 387. and it is better to backup the file in your local PC or other places for the update of the plugin. then you have to just replace the file. Ok, some progress re permissions. I was hoping to not have the files that can’t be downloaded visible at all, but it seems all files are visible, but only available for download if you have permissions. Is there not a way to hide them completely if the logged in user does not have permissions to view? That would tidy it up no end.Re thee categories tags, I see where you’re going with that, but again, I’m confused. In WordPress under Downloads, there’s a Categories option, and I’ve added my categories to this, and layered them. then I’ve added permissions so that only certain people can see certain categories. Then I applied the required category to each document. But everything shows up, with just the one main category and no layering. It would seem simply to use teh Categories in WordPress since it’s already there, but are you saying that that doesn’t work, and i have to use tags?

I have checked from your site, the templates working fine. If you want to see the preview of templates you can check them from
Downloads > Templatesand the preview button. and if you want to edit or adjust with new code, you can follow this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/, by default, you are usinglink-template-default.phpforlink templateandpage-template-default.phpfor the page template. As documentation, you have to copy the file in the theme directory naming a folder calleddownload-manager, then paste it intpls>page-templatesforpage templateortpls>link-templatesforlink template. or if you want to create from the admin panel you can use the PRO version. you will find templates available tags here, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/template-tags/and for showing package related categories you can use this tag in your template

My name is Raluca, I am a colleague of Mihai’s and I am checking this issue out.
I have checked the setting again. This time the license seems to be activated. I try to install: “All Add-ons ( wpdm-amazon-s3.zip )”, I get the message “Success!” but the add on is still not installed. I logged out and logged in again from the Downloads/Settings/Updates, pressed the install button again for that Add on and the install is still not done!
Please let me know what should be the next steps.Best Regards,

Currently installed is DMP 4.0.4 with a message “Automatic Update not available for this plugin”
Followed advise in another form post to download the plugin from downloads area. In attempt to install the package I have the message: /html/wp-content/plugins/download-manager/ already exists.
I’d really enjoy having automatic update available for this plugin. What needs to be done to update the plugin and have automatic updates available?
