I have changed these lines with the following:

See that I use jquery.dataTables.min.js instead of jquery.dataTables.js because it loads very faster…
Of course: jquery.dataTables.min.js or jquery.dataTables.js must be translated…
How can I change the string “//MYDOMAIN/wp-content/plugins/download-manager” with a generic one????I have tried the solution tha you mention in

with no result… I am doing something wrong:

My main downloads page http://www.stuffworks.com/downloads/ does not display correctly. I have disabled all plugins and reinstalled WPDM and can’t get the shortcodes to work right and can’t get the jstable setting to work.
Any ideas?
The category pages work normally though.

ok. I’ve created a new template cloning metro style template.
[file_list] is included in the template; Allow Inidividual File Download option is enabled, but single downloads are not running.
Do you have any suggestion?

Hi,
i need to configure a download section in that way:– Files are uploaded daily, by ftp, on a single folder
– Each file, a pdf file, contains, “data of the day”
– I need a table like the one shown on http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/all-downloads/ but with each row showing a single file
– I need each row created automatically when a new file was added by ftp.So, it’s not so clear to me how to configure pakages/autosync and so on.

exact http://demo.wpdownloadmanager.com/wpdmpro/all-downloads/ is only available for pro version. But in your installation, when you copied short-code there comes an extra html tag

I purchased WP Download Manager Pro yesterday 7/22/2014. Then I went through all the steps, entered the license key, and it was valid. Now today it is invalid and my Pro features are not working.
When I log in to this site http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/ to resolve my Order number under downloads it says “Order not found!”, as if I never ordered and paid for this plugin. I emailed spaul818@yahoo.com for assistance but have not received a response. I have my order number, my PapyPal receipt, and the PayPal email.
I just want to develop my website with this Pro plugin that I paid for. Please help.

I installed the entire premium package, but the plugin is not working correctly. I have a downloads page setup using Archive, the category buttons show but are out of line, and the drop down for sub-categories also doesnt work. None of my downloads show up either. Ive also tried viewing the downloads via direct link and i get a blank page. I tried reinstalling the plugins. Any ideas?

Im interested in purchasing this plugin and I have looked everything for a way to contact you guys with a few questions. So I resorted to posting here. I am working on a new website community that will be mainly based of downloads, and I am doing research into which plugin will work best. I was set on this plugin at first, until I did more research. Ive already used the free version, so I decided to look into purchasing pro. I checked out the demo for awhile going through every page and feature and it seemed to be the closet to what im looking for that ive found yet at least. Then I realized that the “demo” of Pro, is not the base plugin. The website you portray to be the “demo” of “Download Manager Pro” seems to include every additional add-on you guys also offer on this website. This scares me because if I purchase the plugin and the key features I need are missing I will be irate. I am still interested in the plugin but I have a lot of questions first.

I believe you guys should not have a so called “demo” version of your addon with tons of plugins integrated that you are charging extra for. Your “demo” should include EXACTLY what comes with the addon if you purchase it. Nothing less and ESPECIALLY nothing more.

#1. Any update of when #1 we discussed on the previous page will be resolved/updated?
#2. When will v2.7 be released on wordpress.org?
#3. There is a responsive issue with the plugin. On mobile devices, the downloads table does not display correctly/optimally. This happens on the default twentythirteen theme and also my premium theme. The attached screenshot was taken on a Samsung Galaxy S4
Any idea if that responsive issue will be resolved soon?

I think we talk at cross purposes. What I need is, that in the list, generated by [wpdm_my_downloads], there are ONLY the user-specific downloads, not the ones that are for all users. Right now, I have a list that shows both – the ones for all users and the ones that are user-specific. How can I realise that?

I’m getting the invalid license key on my Settings screen and having other issues with WPDM. Your plugin seems to be conflicting with my website theme – Pagelines DMS. I’m using the latest WordPress, plugin updates, theme updates, and WPDM 4.1.2. Here’s a list of things that are happening:

I can’t use their Call to Action plugin called Salesbar.
- Sometimes my Downloads page disappears. I’m using [wpdm-all-packages items_per_page="20" jstable=1] in the content of the page.

I have your Free Buttons Templates plugin installed and I can’t get them to show up anywhere. I’m assuming that I should see something in my WPDM admin panel for the Free Buttons Template, but I don’t see anything.
Here are some PHP errors that showed up in the log.

Topic: download page styling issue
Hello,
Just upgraded to PRO and got things working on the back end (thanks Shaon).I dropped my shortcode in to display all packages, but it appears styling isn’t being applied (screenshot attached)
The site isn’t public yet, otherwise I’d give you a direct link.
NOTE: The downloads included an EXPO theme? Is that required? Where does it get uploaded to?

CBHe has very limited documentation so I had the same headache as you when I first installed it.
The free version had the icons under download manager the pro version has the icons under downloads. Important information he left out.
From what I can see you do not need to activate a license for the pro version.Hello, I have been using the Download Manager top downloads widget and I will wished the top downloads will be calculated on a 7 day bases and not all time. Is that possible? Please let me know if this can be done.

the problem was causing by “Easy Digital Downloads”, As you are using wpdm pro, you don’t need “Easy Digital Downloads” at all. You can use http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/premium-package/ to sell any digital product. BTW, I see you are using v3 still now, better to upgrade to v4 ( http://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/support/topic/updating-from-wpdm-pro-v3-to-v4/ ).

We have a WP Network site for the schools in our district using the Academica theme by WPZOOM (Version 2.0.3). Version 2.7 of WPDM doesn’t work very well at all with this theme. The latest version published on wordpress.org works. I had to remove the “Breadcrumbs” functionality completely from the theme to get it even partly working, but it still has issues. I suspect most of the problems need to be addressed in the theme, but I figured I’d post here to see if you had any insight. I set up a demo site, a clean install with the latest WP, Academica theme, and WPDM here:

Issues:
– Breadcrumbs break downloads
– I think this has to do with the theme not handling the custom post type
– All pages under /download have a “Download” and “Close” link below the page footer
– On the live site, all downloads are “Access Denied”, even as admin. Haven’t replicated this with demo site yet.

It seems this is the setting to enable a downloads archive page e.g. domain.dev/downloads, which lists all downloads… Is that an incorrect assumption on my part? If so how do I enable this? As of now if I go to /downloads I get a 404 error.

OK, one problem solved.
I installed 3 plugins, deleted them and now I have access to the admin area of the site.
But still, when clicking on a file to download I get this: “Sorry, but there aren’t any posts matching your query.”Also, this is what I see in DOWNLOADS–>ALL PACKAGES…
Topic: Conflict with Aegaeus Theme?
Hello,
Just getting started with WDMP.
All I get when I try to “View” a package is a blank page and I believe it may have to do with my theme. When I switch to “Twenty Twelve” I get a full package listing with all of the details.
I saw a reference to a problem with the “Aegaeus” Theme in another thread (no resolution was listed, private posts).
Any help with the “Aegaeus” theme and getting my downloads available?
