A quick observation – it would be great if in the downloads area it showed you the domain against each product. When you’ve a few managing licenses and renewals becomes a bit of a pain. I’ve seen somewhere else do that really well and it’s very helpful (WP Rocket I think).

Hi Team,
We are facing an issue in the following known sections:
– Membership Items i.e Subscription Download Area
– Download HistoryCurrently, there is no pagination here which is a basic necessity here as it tries to list all the downloads on a single page for the users which is causing the page to load slowly or sometimes break the execution limit.
Please implement a pagination for these sections and also the other parts of the WPDM layout wherever it tries to load all the download or packages on a single page.

I’ve tested with different browsers but all the downloads are functional. If there any specific php error for chrome on OS X available, can you give us from error log?

Hi everyone.
I imported a lot of files with bulk import, and now I see that all user can access to this files with the link (when the site have to show the login form.)
In the settings I selected File Browser Access only for register user.
I need to hide the downloads!
I have more of 400 file uploaded.
Can i restrict the packages to all the visitors?Thanks

I can’t give you a login because the server is private, so even if you had credentials, the development website is still inaccessible to the public.
And Shahriar, unlocking all downloads with one form submission would be nice, but I found a work-around that suits my needs.
I changed the link-template to one that only has the link to the designated download page of the file. Then, I changed that page template to a custom one I made that only shows the extended download link. Since Form Lock is on, this is replaced with the form, so it looks like the page redirected to the form, but is actually on the package page. Filling out the form and clicking “Submit” shows the direct download link as I wanted it to.

I’m currently migrating a site from Joomla to WordPress and looking to replace docMAN with WP Download Manager.
Going ok so far although I think I’ve discovered an incompatibility between the theme I’m using (RocketTheme Callisto) and WP Download Manager
On this page ( http://test.airleague.com.au/download-category/downloads/) if you click on the the link in the centre of the page – the page it takes you to is blank http://test.airleague.com.au/download/nsw-boys-group-review-digest-2017/
However – if I switch themes I see the page.

All package table has the search feature and you can also use WPDM Search widget. Directory Add-on just extends the feature and has various ways to show, search, filter downloads. Ultimately it’s your choice if you want to buy it or not. I just showed a different option for you as you didn’t like the all packages table search.

I saw your category base and package base was the same?
There is a quate above. “Caution: Use unique word for each url base. Also, don’t create any page or post with the same slug you used for WPDM URL Bases below.”

Hello all,
Thank you for the great plugin! I was working with the free version, but have since purchased WPDM Pro v4.7 and the Form Lock add-on last week to add more features. I want to lock my downloads with a form I created with the Formidable Forms plugin.
They both installed and activated with no issue, but once I check-off “Enable Form Lock,” pick the form, and update, any page with the page-template or link-template to that specific download breaks. The effect is that only the header and navigation bar shows up, and the HTML abruptly stops right before the first
<div class="w3eden">tag would appear. When I unchecked the option, everything is back to normal.I have provided more info about my setup below. Also, I won’t be able to give you wp-admin access because the setup is on a local server. Any advice is greatly appreciated! 🙂

Every now and then, my WPDM Accordion stops working on my site. Instead of the files, it will either show a -1 in Chrome or a spinner in Firefox (see screenshot). Manually clearing the cache resolves the issue but it is frustrating for our users who have to contact me to get it working. What causes this to happen?
Also, do you offer a way to allow people to resume downloads in the browser if the downloads get interrupted?

From the Downloads -> Settings you can enable login at the single package page.
And you need to change the Allow Access option to subscriber from single package settings section for showing the package only the login members.

Maybe the package was accessible to all visitors when those downloads were served. If you see any recent entry check the package setting for access rules and let me know.

Is there a way to download basic stats such as downloads and views? It can of course be done manually, but that’s incredibly time consuming.

I want to access my subcategories on mobile device. But with this layout it doesn’t work.
For example, when I click on the category Snchronous motor and then Documentation, http://bit.ly/2Bbkwb1 it redirects me to the downloads with the category documentation. But what I’d need is another link opening and displaying the sub-sub-category. Any ideas?I can only access sublevel 2.
