You can also use Hide Everything feature, which will hide packages if the user role is not authorized to download it. Here is a screenshot for your assistance.

Kindly use the parameter login=1 in the all_packages shortcode. This will require users to log in before they can view the packages table.

Currently, a single license cannot be used for both sites. To use the license on multiple sites, you will need to opt for the business license.

Sometimes, you may need to move your license to a different domain, like development to production, in such cases, you can remove the linked domain to use the key with a new domain.
Since we didn’t encounter this error from our end, that is why we have to check from your end
Last update of download limit add-on caused the issues, now the problem has been fixed.

Typically, permission is granted via the email lock feature. When a user submits a download request by providing their name and email, they must wait for admin approval. Once the user submits the email lock form, the admin receives an email notification. After the admin approves the request, the download file is automatically sent to the user’s email.
Currently, there is no option to customize the email lock email template. However, in the next update, we will be adding this feature, allowing you to modify the template as needed.

The {{name}} variable will not work in the General Email template. It is only compatible with the {{message}} variable, which is used in email locks, newsletters, and similar contexts.
Right now, you can’t customize this particular email template but in the next update we will add this template available for customization in email templates section.
You can change the admin email from here: Settings > Administration Email Address ,here is ascreenshot for your help.
Please note that when using the email lock feature, you will not be able to see the name of the user requesting the package if they are not registered. You can only view the requester’s email address in the Subscribers tab.
