You can achieve this using all_packages short-code but it will require customization. For that kindly pay a visit here
But if you use wpdm_package or wpdm_category short-code with file_list tag then you can achieve the following result but you have to hide the download button using css.

Unfortunately,there is currently no way to stop the creation of FTP images, so you’ll need to delete them manually.
