I hope you’re doing well. Our development team has tested the latest WPML plugin with the download manager and they didn’t find any errors related to the text domain. Please try clearing the server cache, as the error may be coming from there.

Unfortunately, there is no option available to download the previous version.
it might be a server error, as you can see 2a01:4f8:c01f:c0:1002::11 - - [14/Jan/2025:10:24:02 +0000] "GET /?cron_handle=1 HTTP/1.0" 500 3230 "-" "Cronicle/1.0"
500 status code indicates that something went wrong on the server side while processing the request.
Please reach out to your server support team for assistance in resolving this issue.

I still can’t access the dashboard, even after attempting to change the password. You could either create a new user credential or provide yours to help diagnose the problem, as I can’t identify the cause without checking it from your side.
Or, to identify any plugin conflicts, try disabling all plugins except for Download Manager.
