We’ve reviewed the issue and found that you’re currently using an older version of the Download Limit add-on. To resolve this, please update the plugin to the latest version. Additionally, we recommend updating the Download Manager plugin as well.

I’ve reviewed the issue once again, and it turns out that the image gallery template is attempting to generate a thumbnail for the image/PDF files, which is causing the PDF icon to be blocked. To resolve this, a small code customization is needed.

You can either use or customize the Single Column, Image Top, Extended page template—it should work perfectly for your needs.
