Hello, Alex
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
The search engine functions by targeting package titles only. However, you can use this shortcode to query all downloads associated with specified tag(s)
[wpdm_tag id="Tag Slug(s)" tag_field="slug" title="Custom Title" desc="Custom Dscription" toolbar="1" order_by="field name" order="asc or desc" items_per_page="10" template="temaplte name or ID" cols=4 colspad=2 colsphone=1]

Have you set up a cron job from your hosting control panel for the URL http://your-site-name.com/?cron_handle=1 with a call interval of 5 to 30 minutes?

It’s not possible to provide access to all visitors for the manuals on one page while enforcing restrictions on another page because at the end the packages are same.
You might consider creating a duplicate copy of each manual and allowing all visitors to access them. I know it’s not the most feasible or efficient solution but the only way to achieve your requirement.
Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
You have Manuals A, B, and C(for example), which are restricted to registered users. Now, you want to allow all users to access these manuals from a different page without registration. Am I correct?
– You can create a separate category for the manuals you want to make freely accessible to all visitors and display them in a table using the wpdm_all_packages shortcode.
– Advanced Access Control controls access for specific users not roles, here you can check.
All downloads/packages assigned to a user is listed in User Dashboard My Downloads Tab
– For custom roles, we recommend our Pro-Membership add-on. With this add-on, you can create custom roles and set restrictions using the Allow Access option in the package settings.
Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
The feature you’re looking for—creating groups and assigning specific packages—is not available. However, you can use the Advanced Access Control add-on to manage user-specific access to your files and document downloads. https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-access-control/

Glad to hear that the problem has been fixed.
We both have the same role, and it’s working on my end, so it’s puzzling that it isn’t on yours. Have you tried switching browsers to see if that helps?
As a final option, try reducing the number of columns in the Screen Options
to see if that allows the shortcode column to expand.
This is not for user. You can try copying the code using copy button also.
Try clearing the cache or try a different browser/incognito mode might help.

Could you please provide a valid account number for registration? I need it to verify whether the Customer Role is added after the registration process.
Thank you!
Could you kindly share the WP-login credentials? After reviewing, I will provide you with an update by Monday.
Glad to hear that it’s working now.
The issue was caused by the file names, particularly the spaces. I have now enabled the Sanitize Filename option in the settings.
If you find my assistance helpful, I would greatly appreciate your support with a 5-star review here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/download-manager/reviews/?rate=5#new-post , it will inspire us a lot.

After canceling the free subscription, the ‘Customer’ role remains unchanged. Please see the screenshot for reference.
When a customer signs up for a Pro membership, they should be assigned two roles: one as the Default Role
and the other from the Pro membership plan
. Have you checked your site’s New User Default Role in the general settings?
In my case, the default role is Customer
and I have a free
subscription via Pro membership. You can view my current roles here. If a user cancels their subscription, the ‘Customer’ role will remain unchanged as the default role.
