An information has come to light that, the disable feature for Font Awesome and Front CSS will not be available.

I hope you’re doing well. Our development team has tested the latest WPML plugin with the download manager and they didn’t find any errors related to the text domain. Please try clearing the server cache, as the error may be coming from there.
