Hello,
Kindly use [wpdm_download_count] shortcode, which will show the total download count for the entire site.
[wpdm_package_count] should work fine. Please share the login credentials to check the issue.

We are unable to access the link as the error is occurring on that page. Could you please temporarily disable the Download Manager from your end and let us know once it’s done, so we can access the page?

Thank you.
As I mentioned earlier, the auto-renewal was turned off after the last renewal. The renewal covers the current subscription period. Since the auto-renewal has been canceled, you won’t be charged again.
I hope this clears up your question. Please let me know if you need further clarification.

Currently, the option to hide specific fields or groups is not available. However, you can use the feature When someone creates a package as Pending Review to review the package before it gets published.
I will discuss with our development team to explore the possibility of adding more restrictions for frontend uploaders in the future.

Thanks for sharing the precise screenshots, we are checking again and will provide you with an update shortly.

Hello, Brendan
I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out.
You can achieve this by creating categories such as 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, or broader categories like before2024 and from2024. Once set up, you can use these categories with the [wpdm_category] shortcode as explained in the documentation .
I hope you understand the process. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need further clarification.
