An information has come to light that, we have implemented caching for the QR code images on your server to improve page load speed. Without this, every time a QR code is generated, the system would need to send a request to the server to fetch the image, which would happen each time a QR code is requested. This process could significantly slow down your page performance.

To resolve this, we’ve opted to cache the QR code images, ensuring faster loading times.

We hope this explanation clarifies the reason for the change.

But if you use wpdm_package or wpdm_category short-code with file_list tag then you can achieve the following result but you have to hide the download button using css.
