I’ve tested the login twice using the tester account, and everything is working fine on my end. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and logging in via an incognito window?

Are you referring to an automated email template?
We’ve looked into the issue and it appears that the email configuration may not be set up yet, which is likely why the emails aren’t being delivered. Kindly configure the email settings from your hosting dashboard to resolve this.

When you share data from a server such as Google Drive or Dropbox, Download Manager simply links the direct download URL from the server. So when a user clicks the download button, the file is downloaded directly from Google Drive.
I have tested using 1GB file in our testing environment and it’s downloading fine without redirecting to the Google Drive.
