I was charged $199, but not able to use the plugin

Hello, I was charged again this year, but I don’t have access to the portal or the WordPress Download plugin. Last year I had to purchase and then request a refund, in which I was told I shouldn’t have purchased it, it should have gone through. Could you please reactivate my plugin that we have paid for, from today, as we shouldn’t be faulted for the issue.

Adding to this, we were also charged $59 on July 9th for the Download Manager Pro. Both are on renew and that hasn’t changed. Could you please fix as soon as possible.
