Could you kindly share the wp-login credentials in a private reply so we can check the issue? Also, I can’t see any screenshots here.
Could you kindly share the relevant URLs and wp-login credentials in a private reply so we can check the issue? Also, could you confirm whether the license renewal was successful?
Hello, Andy
Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please explain a bit more about the problems you are encountering? It will help us address those issues more effectively.
Regards
I understand your concern about sharing credentials, and we respect that. The reason we asked is because the upload process is working fine on our end, so there might be an issue specific to your setup that’s causing the failure. Having access would make it easier for us to identify and resolve the problem.
In the meantime, could you please let us know which version of the download manager you’re using? You can also try disabling all plugins and switching to a default theme to check for any potential conflicts.
Please check and let me know.

Please check the order note section and let me know.

Have you had a chance to check the order note? I was informed that a reply was provided there.

The issue appears to be caused by your server. You may try uploading large files through the media library.
I initially thought you had uploaded an HTML file. Would it be okay if I test by uploading a demo PDF file through a new package?
Hello, Scott
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Please share the order id or send an order note from this page:https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
Would it be possible for you to share some insight as to what is not to your liking or what issues you’ve encountered so that we can study it and make it right by you, potentially improving the experience you had with us?

Good morning, Sherry. I hope you are doing well.
Glad to hear that you got the verification prompt working! I’m not a Twilio expert, but as far as I know, a trial account will function normally until you reach the usage limit. The account itself remains active, so it’s essentially permanent. I’d recommend reaching out to Twilio support—they’ll be able to provide more accurate guidance.
If you have any further questions, feel free to ask!
Regards
Could you please tell me which short-code you are using for that table?
Hello,
I hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Could you please share the relevant URL along with your wp-login credentials? Also, it would be helpful if you could provide a bit more detail about the “board tool” you’re referring to, so we can better understand the setup and assist you accordingly.
Please check and let me know.

It’s a bit strange that 2FA is working fine on my end. Let’s resolve the update issue first, and then I’ll check again
Please follow these steps below for updating the Plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
To enable the auto-update, login to your WPDM account from the Downloads > Settings > License tab. If login is successful and you have an active subscription then you can update the future releases right from your plugins page.
