Only the categories, tags, and icon columns failed to import. Could you please confirm whether all other package information was imported successfully?
Kindly check the column header names for Category, Tag, and Icons. They should be category, icon, and tags.

It’s not certain whether we will add the description column to the export feature in the future. You can try using the plugin WP All Export 1.4.13 to include descriptions in your exports.

It will not allow the directory management from front-end.

We’ve removed the description column due to compatibility and other technical issues. At the moment, if you need to export packages with descriptions included, you’ll need to use a third party plugin or WordPress default export tool for now.

The description column is not appearing for export file, we have identified the issue and provide an update soon.

This add-on is added as a core feature with WordPress Download Manager Pro.

It would be much easier for us to identify the issue if you could share the CSV file, just two package with descriptions would be enough in a private reply. That way, we can check them in our system.

You can use this filter wpdm_before_download

It will require customization. You can send a customization request from this page.

You can display all the files inside the directory using the [file_list] or [file_list_extended] template tag, which will appear like this.
If you want to achieve this directory view, then it will require customization.
