It seems there might be a conflict arising from the plugins interacting with each other.
Could you try deactivating all plugins temporarily except WPDM Pro and PDF Viewer and see if that solves the problem? Then, activate the plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

You can create categories, for example, ‘Drawings’ and ‘Tech Specs.’ When you create packages under these categories, it will display something like this: Tech Specs, Drawings. Here is the Subcategory view
