The plugin only appears in the admin dashboard. For users to reply via private message, please use the shortcode [private_message] on a page. From this page, both users and admins can communicate.

Could you please share the URL of the page where the ‘Create Password’ feature is causing an issue? Try disabling all plugins and switching the theme, except for the download manager? There could be a conflict between the download manager and another plugin.
