The logic is set up so that if a limit is set to 0, it allows the user to download the file unlimited times. Please use -1 to restrict any role from downloading the file.

I have set up a download limit of 2 for the administrator role, and it is working fine. Could you please let me know which role it is not working for?

Kindly make sure that, you have followed these steps,

1. From Downloads > Settings > Premium Package > Taxes, set the tax rate for the countries you want to apply tax. screenshot
2. From Downloads > Settings > Premium Package > Basic > Allowed Countries, select the countries where you have applied the taxes. screenshot screenshot
3. The tax will automatically be added to the cart When the user selects their country from the Billing Address. screenshot
