I have already found the issue while testing. Actually it is getting the updated free version of wpdm from wordpress free plugin directory. But as it is the pro version, it is showing not found. I think that is not a serious issue.
You can update WPDM from Downloads > Settings > Updates If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, You can update manually from here.

Got the issue.
WP Rocket cache plugin is preventing javascript from loading properly. This is the cause of the issue.
However I have disabled it and the issue is gone now.
In this case, I would suggest turning off caching for those pages that cause problems if you still need to use the cache plugin.

Sorry WPDM page template is not for script tags.
It is only supported by template tags with html.
Also it is recommended to use script tags globally before footer or after header tags. Should be used with theme.

Dont worry, I just added one category as an example. In the shortcode in the page, I added one category only. Please add the other categories you want to show there. Then I am going to remove the category section for you. Also you can select link template if you have in the shortcode like this parameter template="link-template-default"
I can remove category sections from sidebar. Also let me know if other sections will be removed too like filter date, match , search toolbar..

I am sorry to hear about the issue. Those are actually not shortcodes.
Those tags are template tags.
You need to add those to page template or link template to affect.
In example:
it is an example of link template https://ftsincome.co.uk/testin-dwn/ . You need to add the template tag to link template to show update date there. By default it is default link template if any link template is not selected.
It is an example of page template https://ftsincome.co.uk/download/test/ You need to add that tag in page template to show the update date.

The widget problem occured because you disabled the block plugin.
For the googleads problem, we cannot tell it perfectly because if googleads updates it, maybe we also need to update our plugins and addons based on that.

I have activated the guternber block plugin and it has solved the widgets issue.
However, I found that you are using outdated wpdm plugin and related addons.
Please updated WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.
It may fix the ads issue.

For Category access and package roles please follow the below steps as I describe below,
Before giving access to a certain category for a particular role you have to set from the edit category option, then you have to make empty for Allow Access option or giving a particular role on it like as I image attached or as usual for select member option too,

You are using gutenberg block in your website. but disabling gutenberg is causing issue because blocks are dependent on gutenberg. So enabling gutenber will solve the issue.
For the second issue, I found that codes are loaded but ads are not loaded properly. The place is created blank.
