If you enable member only to download the files, or lock the downloads with email lock option, you will be able to see the Name, email for the persons who download.
You will get the info from your dashboard Downloads > Subscribers settings
Otherwise you will only get ip address because only their ip adresses are possible to get.

For making disallow Crawling Download Manager Pages Google, Bing + search engines, Add the following code at the end of your active theme’s functions.php:

function noindex_for_wpdm() { if ( is_singular( 'wpdmpro' ) ) { echo '<meta name="robots" content="noindex, nofollow">'; } }

After adding the code, it may take some days to get updates by search engine. I hope it may help you

If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.

Sorry, Unfortunately, there is no way to direct download via wpdm from playstore. You have to add the apk files or add the links in the text file. Basically wpdm is to manage files on your own wordpress site. You have full control on it with wpdm with security.
However, you can add google drive addon or dropbox addon with wpdm to add files from it.
