Hello Andres,

I am sorry I am unable to login. It says: Invalid username or password.

However, please make sure you are using the latest version of wpdm pro which is 6.1.6 also all the addons of wpdm you are using are in latest version.
If you are unable to update directly from your website, you can update from here

Hello,

In our test environment, it is working fine.

However, Sometimes wpdm conflicts with other plugins and activated theme which results the issue. In this case I would suggest to troubleshoot.
To troubleshoot theme and plugin conflicts:

Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WPDM, the plugin you’re experiencing issues with.
Test the dashboard page to check if the conflict still exists.

If the conflict no longer exists, it means that the theme or plugins/extensions you deactivated were causing the conflict.

Determine which plugin is causing the conflict by:
reactivating them one by one
testing again after each reactivation. For process-related conflicts, this means recreating the same process over and over again.
I hope in this way you can find the real reason of the issue.

Hello,
Could you please upload the same updated version of the wpdm plugins in the test site too?
You just copy/paste and replace the plugin directory from the original site to the test site.
It would help me a lot to check the issue properly and solve it.

You have already shared the access, but I need the admin access in the test site. Please change the provided user role to admin to check the issue further and manage the plugins.

Hello,

Switch to a default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Nineteen to see if the issue persists.
If no, your theme is causing the issue. You can: a) change your theme; b) contact the author of the theme and ask them to fix it.

Test the download page to check if the conflict still exists.

Hello,

I found that you are using very old version of wpdm.
Please update it to the latest version 6.1.6 it will solve the issue.
You can update from Downloads > Settings > Updates menu of your website.
If you are unable to update it directly from your website dashboard, you can download it from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases

You can try the shortcode without using the parameter category . It will load all categories.
However, just try [wpdm_archive link_template=”dmi_link_template” button_style=”blue” order_by=”post_title” order=”ASC” items_per_page=12 cols=1] and let me know if it works for you.
