In our test environment, it is working fine.
However, Sometimes wpdm conflicts with other plugins and activated theme which results the issue. In this case I would suggest to troubleshoot.
To troubleshoot theme and plugin conflicts:
Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WPDM, the plugin you’re experiencing issues with.
Test the dashboard page to check if the conflict still exists.
If the conflict no longer exists, it means that the theme or plugins/extensions you deactivated were causing the conflict.
Determine which plugin is causing the conflict by:
reactivating them one by one
testing again after each reactivation. For process-related conflicts, this means recreating the same process over and over again.
I hope in this way you can find the real reason of the issue.

If no, your theme is causing the issue. You can: a) change your theme; b) contact the author of the theme and ask them to fix it.

Please update it to the latest version 6.1.6
it will solve the issue.
You can update from Downloads > Settings > Updates
menu of your website.
