I have tested it.
There is something in your server that doesn’t allow changes to edit anything. Or If any changes is committed, it is being reverted within a minute. I believe this is what is preventing wpdm from updating the related page. A similar issue occurred with download packages that weren’t previewed.
If you check this video you will understand it.
I have deactivated the plugins but unable to activate again. It shows activated but not activated and if shows not activated that is activated. I think you are using something like deep freeze software in your server, that is causing the issue. As a result, your website required many login attempts at first from my side.

Please try to find the issue or contact to your hosting support for details.

Sorry for this inconvenience.
I think it is a new bug with wpdm free as I tested and found that older versions are okay.
However, in the meantime, please download an older version from here by selecting any older version like 3.2.50.
I have forwarded the issue to the developer team. Hope it will be fixed in next update.

Got the issue. I have tested it in Android Phone.
You are using google drive link to upload the files.
so the case in mobile is that, if google drive app is installed in phone, then the link is directly opening the drive app and file is being shown there. If google drive is not installed, it is being downloaded through browser.

To avoid this situation, Please upload the files directly in download package through “Allega file” option on right side.

At first please upload this sample csv keep the files with same title in download-manager-files directory,
Make sure it works. Then create your csv file following that sample csv. Modify that and again

If still the issue persists, please create a new topic to inspect further.

However, you are using an older version of wpdm. There is a bug in this function. So first of all please update your wpdm version to the latest version 6.2.2 which will fix many issues.

I have found the issue. In this case, I would suggest to clear and disable the cache plugin in your website. Caching plugin sometimes cause the issue. You can also try disabling/enabling other plugins except wpdm to check if there is any conflict with other plugins.

However, after following the steps, if the issue still persists, please provide temporary admin access of your website in a private reply.

ID of each file should be separated.

the Email address shortcode will work only in email template.

However, there is no special shortcode for form lock. Special customization is needed for your exact requirements.

After trying, found a way to set a hidden form in wpforms. you can check that here , By clicking the url you will be able to see the form with the title of the package. Rather than nothing, it may be able to solve your problem.

In the shortcode, there is the parameter orderby
The field name to sort packages, you can sort by title, download_count, date, modified ( update date ), or id, it’s an optional parameter, if you skip this parameter “id” will be taken as default.

For non logged in user knowing package name is not possible yet. But there are some solutions you can follow any of them.
1. You can make a dropdown list with package names in the form.
2. You can create separate forms for separate downloads packages.
