You can show description using template tags. Also You can remove link from title by modifying link template too.
If you add the template tag in page template or link template, the related output will be showed.

There could be many reasons for the form lock critical error. This is a server error.

You can make dropdown select custom field using wpdm advanced custom fields. That can be used when any user create the package. I have showed the custom field setup for dropdown.

TO add dropdown custom field,
You have to follow the Field Type “Select” option like below. Every option of the dropdown menu should be in separate line.

You can remove fonts from Downloads > Settings > User Interface
However, you can select “none selected” from font settings of wpdm then you can use local font using your theme or any other font plugin.

There could be javascript conflict that is causing the issue.
In this case, I would suggest to clear cache or disable the super cache plugin of your website. It may fix the issue.
Then if the problem persists, you can also check the issue by disabling all plugins except wpdm. If the issue is gone then enable plugins one by one to check the specific plugin conflict.

After following these steps, if the issue remains, please provide me temporary admin access in a private reply to inspect from my side.

Thanks for the access.
Got the issue.
The issue is appearing because of the conflict of the betheme page builder with the wpdm shortcode.
If you use plain shortcode without the page builder, it is working fine.
Just check in the page that I added plain shortcode that is working perfectly.
Simply add the plain shortcode where you need to use the wpdm archive shortcode.
It will solve the issue.

WPDM directory doesn’t need WPDM Pro to work. It works separately with WPDM free or pro.
You can test by updating WPDM to the latest version if it is outdated.

However, as I am not able to see the website, it would be great if you provide me a screencast about the issues using tool like this . It would help me to get the issue properly.

This shortcode only works if the below addon with WPDM is activated. Please make sure that you are using the below addon with wpdm too. This addon is named as wpdm-archive-page in plugins.

I think there are some issues in your server.
The admin access is not accessible once I enter the htaccess username/password.
It shows ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT also I am not able to see the frontend. Please contact with your server support for the related issue.

However, I would suggest you to create a page using the shortcode. In example [wpdm_archive_filter items_per_page="12" template="link-template-default" cols=1 colspad=1 colsphone=1]
If wpdm directory addon is activated with wpdm, it must work.
