Hello,

You can try changing page template and link template of related downloads to check if the issue persists.
If you are in free version of WPDM you can’t edit link template/page template from wordpress dashboard, in free version, those need to be edited directly from template files. Not sure if you did this.

However, just follow my suggestions and let me know if the issue persists. If it is not solved, please provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

Thanks for contacting WPDM Support forum.
As you have used a cache plugin, the CSS could come for that reason. In this case, clear cache or remove cache plugin to check if the issue still persists.
Also The CSS could come from the link template you used that is Call to Action 3.
If you tried editing that link template, check if the codes are there.

After checking and removing, if the issue still persist, please provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

Thanks for providing me details.
To edit the form lock modal design, you have to Copy the /download-manager/src/Package/views/lock-options-iframe.php file and place it in the ../themes/{active-theme}/download-manager/lock-options-iframe.php location. Then edit the file. This preserves the template file when you update the plugin. There is the CSS files that will affect mail lock popup.

For security, In WPDM pro there is a setting to hide total package or hide download link if user is not allowed to download.

Welcome to WPDM Support forum.

You can use the payment method test pay that will just enable a demo payment gateway also you can create free membership plans. There will also be a coupon code.

Except for these, there is currently no other coupon input possible with that add-on.
In this case, You may need to use our customization service to enable a custom feature.

Glad to see you again. Here all the answers listed:

1. You can change fonts from Downloads > Settings > User Interface For further changes you may need to add custom CSS in custom theme.
2. You can change from Downloads > Settings > User Interface to change colors
3. If featured image is higher in resolution, it will already fit the full card. You can check the example page I added the shortcode <a
href=”https://staging.mmpeacemonitor.org/resources/” rel=”noopener” target=”_blank”>here.
4. It can be done by modifying link template codes and adding custom CSS there.
5. Top filter bar design can’t be change with the shortcode, however, you can remove that using toolbar=0 parameter in shortcode.
6. To show update date you have to use template tag [update_date] in the link template. More details about template tags can be found <a
href=”https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/templates/template-tags/” rel=”noopener” target=”_blank”>here
7. This can be done by adding custom CSS to the link template. There is a place is provided for adding custom CSS.

Since you are using direct files from the media library, WPDM has no control over them. It depends entirely on the browser whether it will open or download.
So in this case I would suggest to use the “Drop File Here” from right side.

Glad to see you again.
I have just checked the example site you provided.
They are using direct download link for there files.
WPDM downloads are more secure than that. You have to just upload files using right side “Drop FIle Here” uploade feature.
It creates unique codes for downloads. So it is more secured.

However, to solve the issue please make sure the php upload max file size is set properly in your servers.

You can check that from Dashboard > Tools > Site Health > Info > Server . If that is lower, you have to increase that by following this or by contacting your hosting support.

After doing so, if the problem still persists, please provide temporary admin access in a private reply.

Thanks for providing details about your requirements.
Unfortunately it is currently not possible with the existing version of form lock. That download id is being showed from [wpdm_package_id] code. No other tag is supported there.
However, it will require customization to implement the package name feature. Please contact our customization team here regarding the features.

Hello Alan,

Install the “Hide Admin Bar Based on the User Roles” plugin here and go to Settings → Hide Admin Bar Settings → User Roles. Select the user roles you want to prevent from accessing the WordPress dashboard and save your settings.

It will resolved the issue.

Thanks for the access.
You can check the page now. I have added a similar shortcode below to show image hover style.
However, to show images, you must set featured image for each package. I set one as an example.
So what I did that I used a different shortcode that supports link template. Then I have set image hover as the template. You can also experiment more to make it better.

You can configure the download lock email template from here

no option yet to open in a new tab when the package-lock is active
So, in short when package-lock is enabled download will not open into a new tab.

However, you can post that into the feature request section as well.

There I debug the issue. There could be caching issue. I deactivated cache plugin and also deactivated others to check if there is any conflict, but didn’t find any conflict issue. Then also checked error log but no errors found from pdf stamper. So I saved the pdf stamper settings again that resolved the issue. Now all right.

If you face any further issue, please let me know.
