First of all, wpdm archive page doesn’t work with gutenberg. It has separate shortcodes those work only by shortcodes. No other ways to integrate with gutenberg.
To get the shortcodes, you can check the addon page.

WPDM Directory Add-on

So here the issue you are facing with our gutenberg addon that is free addon wpdm Gutenberg Blocks. Currently to show only the selected tags, you may also need to exclude other tags. It is the current feature of wpdm gutenberg.

However, you can request any new related feature here for WPDM Gutenberg Blocks. Maybe we can update it in our next releases.

Users are created with a registered user role in WordPress. In WPDM, Downloads > Subscriber menu are the guests those have download any downloads by providing their emails with the email lock feature of wpdm.

However, with this addon of us you will be able to select specific user for each download.
Also we have another membership plugin here. You can use the membership plugin to create unlimited custom user roles.

Please make sure that all emails from your website are sending properly. For that please test by sending mail if SMTP is enabled properly. To check that, you can use this plugin. You can also follow tutorials for activating SMTP properly with google workspace.

Email should be sent with wpdm if SMTP is configured properly in your website.

I am not sure about the issue you are facing. Maybe the cause should be inspected further. There could be paypal issue or caching issue. It seems to me that wpdm is working properly as it should. However, I would suggest clearing the caches then deactivate the plugins siteground and wp-optimize then test. Because sometimes cached version of website causes the issue. I hope it may fix the issue.

I have checked the payment with paypal sandbox and found the payment is working properly.
I would request it to check the issue further with paypal live to identify the exact issue. I have also checked it as a guest. But It seems everything is fine.

Please make sure you are using wpdm and all the addons of wpdm to the latest versions. Current version of wpdm is 6.2.8. Also try checking by disabling the cache plugin if you are using one. Sometimes cache version of website causes the issue.

Generally email lock is for free downloads to collect emails of the visitors. For premium downloads, you already get the email when they pay for the download. There is no need to collect email through email lock. So the feature will not work properly here with premium downloads. Hope you understand.

Hello,

I think Cache is causing the issue in your website. That is the reason updates are not being applied ASAP. Please clear caches first then deactivate the cache if you are using any cache plugin. If you are not using any cache plugin, there could be enabled server cache that is causing the issue.
However, I tested the z3 upload is wokring properly in your site. Check here
