Hello,

As I suggested please disable all caches temporary and check if the issue persists.
If cache is activated, there is no way to debug the issue as changes will not appear in front end

Hello,

That was a 2021 topic.
Client reported that he was using wpdm lazy download then the issue appeared.
But the topic was not updated by the user. Maybe issue was resolved. I didn’t get the chance to check there. I am unaware of the exact issue that happened in his site.

Hello,

I have checked the files.
You are using wpdm link templates with elementor.
WPDM is not responsible for any issues you are facing. As you are using it in a single page, All the files are loading at a same time. If server can handle that, there should be no issue.

For arranging it without any issues, you can check demos of our below addon. There are many appearance with shortcodes with it

503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request.
Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded. Regarding the issue, I would suggest to contact hosting provider. If server is okay, then wpdm will run perfectly there without any issue.

Sorry for the inconvenience.

I didn’t change anything there. Just disabled/re-enabled plugins to identify if cache is causing this. Then Kept it as it was. Remember that deactivate/reactivate doesn’t reset plugins. After deactivating, it will be same as reactivation.

However, even if I delete wpdm plugin from your site, it will not affected because of cached version. So, according to your suggestion, modifying anything in wpdm codes will not be affected there. Also the issue is nothing more than a cached/conflict issue. An uncommon issue. Checked It is okay from our side. Also We haven’t been reported by any related issues by our customers.

Hello,

I tested by disabling cache plugins there. Found the same issue.
Even I disable all the plugins, the site shows cloudflare cached version and the same issue persits.
What I suggest is to disable all the caches you used for your website then check if the issue persists. I think the issue will be gone then. Somehow that is created only in cached version of your website.

However, Please provide the admin privilage to control Wpdm as well as other plugins. If you have problem providing that, you can create a staging site then provide related admin access there.

I have tested it by downloading in pc. It is working properly with only apk extension.
But I found in mobile it is in zip.

AND will not work as it is not supported.

That is the example shortcode.
instead of id="Category Slug or Slugs" You can use any id of the category that will be showed.
You can create a page to test the looks.

However, We have another addon for nice view of download tables.

operator="AND" is not an available parameter of wpdm_all_packages shortcode. For available shortcodes, please check this.

The js error is coming because of multiple tables and tabs in a page. You can use jstable=0 to completely remove the error.
