There could be some js interference with another plugin. That’s the reason of the redirection to the category link.
Now, you have to deactivate all other activated plugins except WPDM, then active one by one to check which one is creating the issue.
After inspection, I think you are using caching plugin and that is causing the issue.

Make sure that WPDM and all add-ons you are using of WPDM are in the latest version 6.0.5
. If you can’t update it directry from WordPress dashboard, Please update from here.

What I assume from inspect element that the page is not getting the directory plugin. Please also disable any cache version and check it again. The shortcodes of directory addon should work. Make sure you have activated the latest version of that addon and your pages are getting this.
