Now, I only updated the plugin with customization, it only added category manager at front-end, and added a new page “Author Dashboard” to use the shortcode. I didn’t change anything else.

If you want to use the page template integrated with wpdm pro, you need to delete single-wpdmpro.php inside of your active theme dir.
Multiple lock options will work as “OR”, not as “AND”. However, if you want a custom form to fill before download, you may use form lock add-on:
Form Lock – Ask users to fill a form to get access to download
But, if you want password verification along with other fields, there will require customization in code.

Yes, that is a problem with facebook lock, for now, you may also use facebook share combinedly with facebook like, that will give a better option to your users.

Please give me ftp access too, it seems like your copied tpls files in your theme dir, but in the latest version, tpl file structure is changed, I need to update those.
You can do that using link template, create a link template with following code:
<h3>[title]</h3> [file_list]
And use the link template with your category shortcode.

Thanks for your interest, there is not limit, you can generate ad many passwords as you want using the integrated password generator in few clicks, you also can enter passwords manually. You also can limit single password usages.
Hopefully with the next update, coming within next few week, though don’t have an exact date yet.

If you want to get email and name, you simply need to enable email lock option from add/edit package window.

The lazy download is working fine now, the problem was with the session on your server, however, I’ve fixed it in an alternative way.
You had an active plugin User Activity Log , which was generating some javascript error admin area wide, and blocking to execution of wpdm js functions, now I’ve deactivated that plugin and everything is working fine now.
