You can add a new file to an existing package by editing it. Click the edit button of the package from all items tab.

This is a server a server related issue. Could you please send FTP info so I can check the directory permissions. You can also ask your server support to check this issue as the problem most probably related to server config.
[wpdm_search_result] doesn’t have pagination support yet. Please check WPDM Directory add-on, It has extended options for search and support pagination.
To show individual file download button use a custom link template with [file_list] template tag.

Are you having an issue in downloading the file? In that case, check “Allow Access” option in package settings meta box ( edit package screen ). Setting proper user role should fix the issue.

You can try re-uploading the file and updating the package. That should solve it. If still getting the error please send temporary wp-admin login info in private reply.

I have removed create date column. This page http://www.alfredduma.gov.za/downloads/ is sorting by update date now.
Use jstable=1 here http://www.alfredduma.gov.za/ to fix the pagination issue. This will work same as http://www.alfredduma.gov.za/downloads/ when you use the same shortcode.
We will fix these issues in next release of Download Manager. For now you can add error_reporting(0); in download-manager.php file to hide these notices.

This is a Pro link template, available in WPDM Pro only. You can try link template Call To Action 3 It is similar to the one in the example. Install free TinyMCE add-on to select link template when inserting the shortcode.

Are you using [wpdm-all-packages] shortcode? Or is this a custom shortcode?
From your screenshot, it looks like you are using a custom template for all downloads table. Please send temporary wp-admin login info to check.
Your WordPress is not sending emails. I tested the WordPress email using this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/check-email/ This plugin tests if email is working correctly in your installation.
Maybe you are modifying the default behavior of WordPress email function using your newsletter plugin or there is something is wrong with your server config. Please ask your server support to check details of email configuration on your server.
I need access to your plugin/theme editor to add custom CSS. Current user doesn’t have administrator role, can’t access wp-admin area. Please assign the administrator role to the temp user.
FTP not working. Please ask your IT guy to disable or delete the Download Manager so I can access the admin dashboard.

If you have access to the admin dashboard go to Downloads Settings Frontend page and set Login Page option “None Selected” that should fix your issue.
