Hi,
Please follow the steps to upgrade:
1. Deactivate and Delete the old version
2. Download the latest version from https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3. Install and activate the latest version
4. Done! ( The process will not harm your old data/settings )
From the next update, you will be able to use the automatic upgrade as usual.

It is because, attached files are not available in server anymore.
Please transfer your files too ( /uploads/download-manager-files/ )

Hi,
You attached files from amazon s3. For the multifile package with remote files, full package download will not work, as zip can’t be created from the remote files.

Hi,
For form lock, the entries will be managed by the form plugin you are using. In subscribers menu, you will see onnly the email collected using google connect, email lock and linkedin.

The editor in elementor is not showing wpdm tinymce button, you may need to use the shortcode manually ( copy and paste ).

Hello @segedy, I’ve tested “Cloud Bastion of the Dzanetume Peak-Lords”, found the download is not working, may you please try increasing download speed and disabling resumable download from wpdm settings, as shown on the following screenshot:
