We’re having a new problem with users not being able to get downloads. The behavior is repeatable across browsers and platforms, and may be related to download speeds since fast connections don’t seem to have the problem.
Using my phone without wireless, I can watch the download start and stall out, ending at different points in the download (sometimes 1.1MB, sometimes 849KB, etc.)
I’ve reinstalled with the latest version of the plugin and the problem persists. Do you have any suggestions?
