Download should work fine now. Added \?wpdmdl.* in Never cache the following pages: option with w3 total cache

Yes, that is how wp works, also breadcrumb is not part of wpdm, it is coming from your theme or another SEO plugin and it usually shows path like Home Term Item , however, if you want to show the breadcrumb differently, you need to customize the theme.
