Hi,
May you please explain sending link feature, we are implementing the link feature in this way, when someone sends a URL. it will automatically show URL preview ( like in facebook messenger or whatsapp ). Is that how you want or please let me know if you have a different idea. The update is coming soon ( in a week or so ).

Not exactly sure, your APP needs to be able to handle the WordPress login system properly with proper cookie support. Otherwise, the download will not work, as if wpdm can’t detect the logged-in user ( using WordPress’s native functions ), the download link will not work.

That is probably due to an issue with the APP, probably related to user session handling.

It is probably because you didn’t select the login page from PM settings. Please send me temporary wp-admin login info to check your setup.

Recaptcha was not added on the checkout page due to 2 reasons:
#1. Simplifying the checkout process
#2. The signup/Login form on the checkout page is not directly accessible by bots.

Sorry for your troubles, wpdm doesn’t require that much memory ( standard 128M is more than enough ). It could be a conflict with another plugin or active theme, please reactive the login info for once, I shall set this up there for you.

As I see, you are using default google previewed, success of the preview will depend on the proper connection between your server and google doc viewer server. For a better preview, you may use the following add-on:

Sorry for the confusion, private message is a stand-alone plugin now, with no dependency with WPDM, so we also have changed the shortcode from [wpdm_private_message] to [private_message].
