Problem with [doc_preview]

To view the pdf with the doc_preview it is necessary to reload the page 3 or 4 times.

To view the pdf with the doc it is necessary to reload the page 3 or 4 times.
We have 300 download pdf files that should be viewable immediately.
Please I need your precious support

I have the exact same problem. Usually in my case it works on 2nd refresh of the page.

BTW it would be awesome if PDf preview would open up as popup optionally…

hi, i still have the same problem.
I switched to higher performing hosting with super caching in SiteGround, so it’s not a cache issue.

Sometimes they open immediately others I have to refresh the page at least 2 times.
I also thought about buying the PDF viewer plugin but I believe the problem will not go away and it will be wasted money.

Please guys, I need help. There must be a solution and I am convinced that you will find it as you always do.

Still no answer until today and no solution. Still having also issues regarding multilingual etc.

Sorry to say but support could be better.

As I see, you are using default google previewed, success of the preview will depend on the proper connection between your server and google doc viewer server. For a better preview, you may use the following add-on:
