Hello,

Please follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.

The auto-update has been temporarily disabled due to a huge server load. We will reactive it soon.

The popup modal is using /download-manager/tpls/link-templates/link-template-button-popup.php template. To customize this template, make a copy and place it in /active-theme/download-manager/link-templates/link-template-button-popup.php location. Then add your customization in this new template.

Now, this new template will override the default one. and your customizations won’t be lost during the plugin update.

Yes,

It is possible. Just make Subscriber for your plans and in your related page where you will use shortcode. Check the option as the second image attached.

You can clone the template which template you want to customize and then customize and save. Thus you can do this. Also, you can use template files feature for doing this.

You can keep your tpls file in your theme, please follow this doc, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/template-files/.

You can keep your file {active-theme}/download-manager/tpls dir as per your need.

Please allow access to both administrator and customer from the package settings. Thus from (/documentos-avanzado) page search, you will get your desired result.
