I have created a page template Multiple File Page Template, it will work only if the package has multiple files then it will show the download button. but you have mostly price enabled package, so when you will use price enable then this page template will not work. please check this package, https://stockclipart.net/download/wpdm-test-package/, and let me know if it works for you.

Please follow these steps to update the plugin,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version and activate the license key.
