Hello,

You might be facing issues with saving entities of users. I can’t say why it not working Wpforms, but I have tested that it is working with Live forms fine. It is saving the data. Check it here, https://imagingheartbeat.com/test-download-form/ and you can check Form > Form Entities.

Your download limit is working fine. Try 3 different downloads, then refresh the page. Don’t click on same link multiple times, frequently or repeated click on same link in same session will be counted as one.

If you are using this form, https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/doc/short-codes/wpdm_search_result-shows-search-form/, it will search only the packages name, not the file name. Suppose you have package name CH-6FA711_ATV_Kleinmotorfahrzeug_FFW_Outlander-500, then 6FA711 will find the package.
