Your menu items “settings” and “edit profile” has been removed from the author dashboard. I have commented out from line number 26-28 the menu items from download-manger>tpls>author-dashboard.php. we will add soon the functionality that enables you to do this from the theme functions.php. Please check.

Please follow these steps to update the Membership add on,
1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download the latest version and install the latest version
