It has to check when the errors cause, lock option, downloading the package or related any other add on set up.

Yes, Avada is sometimes causing issues. you can also try adjusting from Downloads > Settings > User Interface enabling/disabling styles/scripts also can switch Bootstrap version too. let me know if those help you.
