please follow these steps for updating the plugin again,

1 ) Deactivate and delete the old version. You won’t lose any data.
2 ) Download latest version from here https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/user-dashboard/?udb_page=purchases
3 ) Install the latest version

For playing auto play audio, you may follow this,

<audio id="my_audio" src="bg.mp3" loop="loop"></audio>

and add a script like this:

window.onload = function() {
    document.getElementById("my_audio").play();
}

Or if you use jQuery:

$(document).ready(function() {
    $("#my_audio").get(0).play();
});

or you can also wrap like this HTML,

  <source src="song.mp3" type="audio/mpeg">
</audio>

For auto-playing the media it may need the ID or class attribute, please give your package or page URL which has an audio media player. I shall do my job

Yes, the CSV trial version is available. you shall find it in an export-import feature called sample.csv file
